液氨蒸發器的工作原理
從液氨蒸發器出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)氨(an)(an)的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)低(di)(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)被吸入(ru)壓(ya)縮(suo)機內,壓(ya)縮(suo)成(cheng)高壓(ya)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)過熱蒸(zheng)氣(qi),然后進入(ru)冷(leng)凝器(qi)。由于高壓(ya)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)過熱氨(an)(an)氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度高于其(qi)環(huan)境(jing)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度,且(qie)其(qi)壓(ya)力使(shi)(shi)(shi)氨(an)(an)氣(qi)能在常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下冷(leng)凝成(cheng)液體(ti)狀態,因而排(pai)至冷(leng)凝器(qi)時,經冷(leng)卻、冷(leng)凝成(cheng)高壓(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)氨(an)(an)液。高壓(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)氨(an)(an)液通過膨(peng)脹閥時,因節流而降壓(ya),在壓(ya)力降低(di)(di)(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)同時,氨(an)(an)液因沸騰蒸(zheng)發(fa)吸熱使(shi)(shi)(shi)其(qi)本身的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度也相應下降,從(cong)而變成(cheng)了低(di)(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)氨(an)(an)液。把這種低(di)(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)氨(an)(an)液引入(ru)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)吸熱蒸(zheng)發(fa),即可使(shi)(shi)(shi)其(qi)周圍(wei)空(kong)氣(qi)及(ji)物料的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度下降而達到制冷(leng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。從(cong)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氨(an)(an)氣(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)進入(ru)壓(ya)縮(suo)機,從(cong)而完成(cheng)一個制冷(leng)循環(huan)。然后重(zhong)(zhong)復(fu)上述(shu)過程(cheng)。冷(leng)卻水(shui)是帶(dai)走冷(leng)凝器(qi)放出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),再到循環(huan)水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)冷(leng)卻塔,冷(leng)卻后循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用。冷(leng)凍水(shui)在蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)里被降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)后,由冷(leng)凍水(shui)泵送到各(ge)個用冷(leng)設備(bei),熱交換后回到蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用。
