液氨蒸發器的工作原理
從液氨蒸發器出(chu)(chu)(chu)來的氨(an)(an)(an)的低(di)溫(wen)(wen)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蒸(zheng)(zheng)氣(qi)(qi)被(bei)吸(xi)入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)內,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮成(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)的過熱(re)(re)蒸(zheng)(zheng)氣(qi)(qi),然后(hou)(hou)(hou)進入(ru)(ru)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)。由(you)于高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)過熱(re)(re)氨(an)(an)(an)氣(qi)(qi)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)高(gao)(gao)于其環(huan)境介質(zhi)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du),且其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力使(shi)(shi)(shi)氨(an)(an)(an)氣(qi)(qi)能在常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)(xia)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)成(cheng)(cheng)液(ye)體狀態,因(yin)(yin)而(er)(er)排至(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)時,經(jing)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)、冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)成(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)的氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)。高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)的氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)通過膨(peng)脹閥(fa)時,因(yin)(yin)節(jie)流而(er)(er)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),在壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)的同時,氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)因(yin)(yin)沸騰蒸(zheng)(zheng)發吸(xi)熱(re)(re)使(shi)(shi)(shi)其本身(shen)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)也相(xiang)應下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),從(cong)而(er)(er)變成(cheng)(cheng)了低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)的氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)。把這種低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)的氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)引入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)吸(xi)熱(re)(re)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發,即可使(shi)(shi)(shi)其周(zhou)圍空氣(qi)(qi)及物料的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)而(er)(er)達到(dao)(dao)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)的目的。從(cong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)來的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)氨(an)(an)(an)氣(qi)(qi)重(zhong)新進入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji),從(cong)而(er)(er)完成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)。然后(hou)(hou)(hou)重(zhong)復上述(shu)過程。冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水是帶走冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)放出(chu)(chu)(chu)的熱(re)(re)量(liang),再到(dao)(dao)循環(huan)水的水冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)塔,冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)后(hou)(hou)(hou)循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)。冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水在蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)里被(bei)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)后(hou)(hou)(hou),由(you)冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水泵(beng)送到(dao)(dao)各(ge)個(ge)用(yong)冷(leng)(leng)設備,熱(re)(re)交換后(hou)(hou)(hou)回到(dao)(dao)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)。
